Executive Assistant - Lachine, QC (Maternity Leave)

Based out of our Lachine location, we have a temporary contract position available for one year. Reporting directly to the VP Canadian Region with dotted lines to support sales and operations management, you will provide administrative and office support using a positive and professional approach. This exciting role calls for an extremely organized team player with exceptional interpersonal and time management skills and who has the ability to anticipate needs.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
•Providing administrative support to the VP Canadian Region, sales and operations management
•Arranging travel arrangements and entering Expense reports
•Managing emails, calendars and updating contacts
•Organizing various meetings, conference calls and event planning
•Follow-up with colleagues to ensure on-time completion of requests / projects
•Maintaining contacts with Domtar Pulp & Paper group
•Preparing PowerPoint presentations for management meetings
•Building & maintaining filing systems
•Producing & distributing various daily, weekly & monthly reports
•Organizing annual Recognition events including recognition anniversary letters
•Ordering office supplies
•Leading Centraide campaign for Ariva Quebec in coordination with Domtar
Your profile :
•Bilingual required
•Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Excellent oral and written communication in both English and French
•Exceptional time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive Corporate image
•Teamwork/people focus, openness and sharing, passion and energy, commitment, respect
•Knowledge of SAP, and a post-secondary education would be an asset
